Meredith has worked with performing arts companies in Australia and Canada including the Adelaide Festival Centre Trust, Patch Theatre Company, the Dance Umbrella of Ontario, CORPUS, and Dusk Dances. She is currently director of Meredith Potter Arts Management, providing general management, producing, and representation services to Ross Manson’s Volcano Theatre and Peggy Baker Dance Projects. A graduate of the Western Australian Academy for the Performing Arts’ (WAAPA) Arts Management program, Meredith served on the TAPA Board of Directors from 2006 – 2012, the final 3 years as Board President; and was the recipient of the 2014 Leonard McHardy and John Harvey Award for Outstanding Leadership in Arts Administration. Since 2015, Meredith has led the Producers’ Learning Network (PLN), an ongoing professional development platform for Toronto-based independent (non-venued) producers of theatre and dance.
